Glimmerfolk Traits
As one of the glimmerfolk, you have the following traits.
Creature Type. You are a Humanoid.
Size. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light and in darkness as if it were in dim light. You discern colors in that darkness only as shades of gray.
Natural Performer. You have proficiency in the Performance skill.
Born of Radiance. You have advantage on saving throws against spells that use darkness or shadows.
Nimlis. You have three glowing motes of lite that orbit around you. These motes are two inches in diameter, they are insubstantial, immune to all forms of damage, and shed dim light in a 15 foot radius. The light cannot be suppressed and as long as at least one still orbits your body, you suffer disadvantage on the Stealth skill.
Nimlis are an extension of your life force and they can be used to power spells. At first level, you may use one of your nimlis to cast either Dancing Lights, Daze, or Flare. At third level, you may use two nimlis to cast Color Spray or Magic Missile. At fifth level, you may use three nimlis to cast Mirror Image. Nimlis disappear when used and return after a long rest.
Note that Daze and Flare are both detailed in PSC1 Limitless Light.
New Feat: Radiant Life Force
Prerequisites: You must be glimmerfolk, and at least fourth level.
You add +1 to your Charisma score and gain a fourth nimli that you may use in addition to your other nimlis. This extra nimli returns after a long rest.
Also, you may now use all four of your nimlis to cast Hypnotic Pattern.
